Polar Bear Wins is very lucky to work on projects close to its heart, including this short documentary. It captures the launch of a damn fine organization called Collective Impact Project (now called Peter McGill Community Table) in downtown Montreal. Peter McGill Community Table is working to create spaces that benefit people (affordable housing, community centre, green spaces, primary school) rather than only the bank statements of condo developers.
